How per-printer pricing works
One price. It gets cheaper as you grow.
Pro starts at $19/month with three printers included. After that, printers four and five are $6 each, six through ten are $4 each, and every printer past ten is just $3. The more you run, the less each one costs — no tiers to outgrow, no surprise jumps.

How much does AutoPrintFarm cost?
AutoPrintFarm is free for one printer, forever — no credit card. Pro is $19/month with three printers included, and the per-printer price steps down as you add more: $6, then $4, then $3 per added printer. Every paid plan includes unlimited prints and storage, Etsy and Shopify sync, the API, team seats, and the iOS app.
Do you take a cut of my sales or charge per print?
Never. AutoPrintFarm doesn’t take a percentage of your revenue and charges nothing per print, per job, or per order. You pay one flat monthly price based only on how many printers you connect — so the busier your shop gets, the less our pricing eats into your margin.
Is there a free trial, and can I cancel anytime?
You can start on the Free plan with no credit card and run one printer free for as long as you like. Upgrade to Pro whenever you’re ready — it’s month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime, with no contract or lock-in.
What happens when I add or remove a printer mid-month?
Your price tracks the printers you actually have connected. Add a fourth printer and the next added-printer step ($6, then $4, then $3) is reflected on your bill; disconnect one and it comes right back off. There’s no setup fee per printer and no penalty for scaling down after a busy season.
Is there an annual plan or a discount for larger fleets?

What do I lose if I stay on Free?
Free runs one printer with live monitoring, failure alerts, and the iOS app — genuinely useful on its own. What it doesn’t include is the commerce side: Etsy and Shopify order sync, the shared worklist, inventory, analytics, team roles, and the API. Those land the moment you move to Pro.
Do I need any hardware, and what does it cost?
