For enterprise labs

One standard process across every team and site.

When prints happen in five rooms across three buildings, AutoPrintFarm gives every team the same fleet, the same queue, and the same paper trail — with role-based access, SSO/SAML, and exportable audit logs on request.

The problem

Every team runs printing its own way.

One group lives in a shared drive, another in a slicer’s history, a third in someone’s head. There’s no standard process, no single fleet view across sites, and when someone asks who printed what, when, and on whose authority — nobody can answer.

What changes

Run the floor and the business as one.

One process, every team and site

Stand up the same fleet, queue, and worklist for design, R&D, and manufacturing — so a part runs the same way whether it’s printed in the lab or two buildings over.

  • Every site on one fleet dashboard
  • Bambu, Prusa, Klipper & Voron together

The right people, the right access

Owner, admin, operator, and viewer roles on every paid plan — so an intern can monitor without touching a setting, and only leads dispatch new jobs.

  • Role-based access, four levels
  • SSO/SAML on request

A paper trail you can hand to anyone

Who printed what, when, on which machine, and who approved it — captured as you work, not reconstructed after the fact. Exportable audit logs on request.

  • Exportable audit logs on request
  • TLS in transit, encrypted at rest on US infra

How it works

From order to shipped box.

  1. 01

    Connect every room

A small Wi-Fi hub brings each site’s printers online over the local network — no slicer plugins, no local servers, no IT ticket for port forwarding. Several printers online in about five minutes.

  2. 02

    Set the standard once

Define roles, materials, and the queue rules every team follows. Jobs route by what’s free and what’s due. A lead approves. It runs.

  3. 03

    Prove it on demand

Every job, status change, and approval is logged as it happens — so an export to compliance, finance, or an auditor is a few clicks, not a week of forensics.

Enterprise labs FAQ

Questions, answered.

Don’t see yours? Email nate@autoprintfarm.com — a real person reads every message.

Can different teams and locations share one workspace?

Yes. Every site’s printers live in one fleet view, and teams share the same queue, materials, and worklist — so production looks and works the same way across rooms, buildings, and groups.

How does access control work?

Owner, admin, operator, and viewer roles ship on every paid plan. A viewer can monitor the floor without changing a setting; only the roles you choose can dispatch new jobs or edit configuration. SSO/SAML is available on request.

Do you support audit logs and compliance exports?

Yes — exportable audit logs are available on request, capturing who ran what, when, on which machine, and who approved it. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on US-based cloud infrastructure.

Will a print survive a network or cloud outage?

An in-progress print keeps running locally because the job lives on the printer. While you’re offline you lose only live monitoring and the ability to dispatch new jobs — status, queue, and history catch up automatically on reconnect.
